going to blog about music camp. day 1. the camp started on sunday, so had games during fellowship time. then after service, went to eat and rush back for baptism class. after baptism class, went to guitar class. and went home to pack my stuff and bath. hahahaa, because i needed special care during camp. since my eczema worsened quite alot during kids camp. went back to church at 8++, in time for Q&A. had supper and went to sleep. like 2 hours earlier then the time i normally sleep at home. and much earlier then the leader's sleeptime in kids camp. listen to songs with priscilla oh. nice person, she let me hear songs from her phone with her having to sacrifice her comfort. i think she developed some strong finger muscles. because one side of her earphone can't work unless she presses hard on the wire. listened to chu with her. our current obsession. OH! prissy, did you know sylvia is going to sing "yellow" the song we listened to twice that night during sg idol finals? second day. woke up and vivian was telling us something about her body alarm. mine is at 12, her's is at 6+(?!) , and priscilla's one too is at 12 i think. after devotion with jamming group had egg mayo breakfast. had a talk on worship. don't really agree with some stuffs the speaker said. after that had practice i think..? yeah had practice. and jamming. after that, lunch. then we had "know your songs" pretty great. had audition at night for praise and worship. was second to audition. auditioned for guitar, and screwed up quite a bit. they asked me if i was willing to serve in guitar, which means i made it. but i thought of practicing guitar every week and i said no. then they asked me how do i want to serve in church, like my calling. i said in singing. and auditioned. got into observation team. meaning people would observe my spiritual growth before making it into core team. then went back up to continue watching the movie at room 5. slept at 12 because auditions were held late so it ended late. third day. woke up at 8 instead of 7 like second day. we had a later programme for third day. after tuna/salmon sandwich breakfast we had POP. passing out parade. my group was third to do praise and worship. first team was jierong's. second was jabez's. jabez's one was entertaining. for my group, we had three songs, with zhongying being the lead. first two songs was pretty ok. but third song, it was an impromptu performance that went quite ok. my group came in second. telematch time again. had two water games, and three-sided captain's ball. couldn't really participate in captain's ball. 1) to begin with, i was not strong in ball games. 2) the sun was totally blazing hot and i almost got a heatstroke. so i quited halfway. since my skin was heating up. eczema -.- sometimes i try to not get negative over my skin condition. but with people constantly trying to remind me of it. idk, i can't tell them to shut their mouths. don't expect people to understand me since they have not experienced the pain and everything. how i wish the world could be more sensitive to something called "feelings". so i get touchy whenever people look at my leg or ask me about my skin. the worst is getting sarcastic over it and laughing at it, or idk. sigh why am i moving up the topic. ok, and the first water game i can't participate in it too. because it the water contains detergent. and the skin thing again. second water game was water bombing. collected waterbombs by cheating hahahaaa. i think i was the third one still standing. but everyone cheats even when they get whacked. so i am not sure. what matters is the fun (: went to wash up, had a short jamming session with jiahui and huiyuh. then lunch, area clean up. and camp closing. love the praise and worship that day. everyone went alive. like normally we were all expressionless while praising. but we went high :D stayed awhile in church and talk. some went home, and the rest of us went to kfc to eat dinner. ordered family meal with priscilla,vivian, jierong and jordan. it was alot of food wow. and we had a hill of bags and instruments stacked up on one table. actually two at first, but chuan dao said that we are disrupting kfc's business. big client mah :D walked back to church, and some went home. then the few of us had something like heart-to-heart talk. discussed about alot of stuffs. and oh no, i am left with 65% of my homework. not good of course. must really, really mug tomorrow. just finished watching cruel temptation last episode. teary-ending. ): but at last, they all forgive each other. i guess that's how k dramas pwned sg dramas. sg dramas are too vengeful and not captivating enough. isn't it sad when people only realised something when the person has already left the world. life is just filled with regret. actually the bible teaches us alot, and comforts us alot. just that most of us don't bother to read it. and it also explains. myself too, i don't do devotion everyday. can't exactly call myself a good christian. sigh, if i was. my life would be filled with purpose and be meaningful. having confirmation of faith on christmas. baptism class had been good. understood alot on christianity.
